breakfast:
Cold cereal.
lunch:
Chop salad (romaine, Canadian bacon, pastrami, cheddar, Swiss, green and red bell peppers).
dinner:
Cornbread, red beans and rice, more Dorado (broiled, marinated in lemon juice and fresh tarragon).
