breakfast:
Oatmeal with fried (canned) pears with cinnamon
lunch:
leftovers (Boat Chicken, filet mignon with scalloped potatoes, three-bean salad)
dinner:
Hamburgers (on English muffins) with roasted red peppers, sauteed onions, avacado, horseradish and cabbage salad
dessert:
Strawberry shortcake (with fresh-made biscuits and frozen strawberries)
